    You are invited to a construction update special viewing 

    The construction team are working flat out to hit their targets, so we can generally only access the site during the day on Sunday.

    So this is the perfect opportunity for you to tour the site and get a full update on progress in the run up to the hotel opening in Fall 2024.

    FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS, VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

    This open day will take place on the following date at the following time:

    April 7th: 10:30am—4:30pm

    Join us for a 50-minute walk and talk

    Welcome and refreshments

    We'll meet you at the main gate and take you to our temporary site office where you can enjoy some light refreshments while you wait for the site tour to begin.

    We'll also give you an information pack showing you what you are about to see.

    Introduction

    We will give you a brief update on the resort development and how construction is coming along.

    Guided tour

    Then its hard hats on and off we go to see how the new reception building, rooms buildings, restaurant, pool deck, bar and grill are coming on.

    We'll also show you the model condos.

    FAQ and next steps

    Then it's back to the office for any questions you may have. 

    We'll talk you through the construction schedule through to opening and explore next steps.
