As Bermuda's capital, the City of Hamilton is a walkable, lively centre of commerce and culture that exudes a colorful, welcoming character. Everything about this lovely town entices you in.

One way to appreciate the local charm is to shadow Hamilton's Town Crier, Ed Christopher, one of the island’s most well-known and knowledgeable local figures.

Adorned in traditional garb, he leads a spritely city walking tour that begins at 10:30 am sharp. You can catch him Monday through Friday in April to October - completely free to experience.

The tours begin on the steps of City Hall on Church Street. You’ll know it’s time when the Town Crier's bell rings and his booming voice draws a crowd. From Barr’s Bay Park to ‘Doctors’ Row’ and everywhere in between, Ed will take you on a historical journey to remember.
